If you wish to cancel before the 5 weeks are up, please be aware that TOPS memberships are nonrefundable except where prohibited.
When you request a refund, please keep in mind that all applicable discounts, offers, and free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit. That means that should you choose to keep your Healthy & Active™ Starter Kit, $29.99 will be deducted from your membership refund. Or for a full refund, you may return the kit (at your expense) unopened and in saleable condition. Returned kits must arrive at TOPS Club Inc., PO Box 070360, 4575 S Fifth Street, Milwaukee WI 53207 no later than 21 days after date of purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at BringHealthyHome@tops.org and let us know whether you plan to keep or return the kit. After we receive your email request for a refund (and the kit if you are returning it), please allow up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card.
